A mild and well-balanced coffee with a medium, silky body and a clean-ness in the cup.  A bright and lively brew with floral hints, traces of tropical fruits, red berries or apples.  Sweetness of chocolate, sugar cane or caramel. Aromas tend towards citrus, fruits, and hints of spice.
